Clyde Built Radio

Clyde Built Radio celebrates Glasgow's musical misfits, adventurous amateurs and seasoned DJ's every weekend. Having started broadcasting in 2020, the station has since hosted thousands of shows from generations of music lovers to like minded listeners around the world from a tiny studio in the Barras Market.CBR is free to play on and it's free to listen to, but it does cost money to run. Our monthly expenses are upwards of £560. This includes our rent, website fees and various digital subscriptions (Dropbox, Soundcloud, etc), a tab at a local coffee shop for our studio volunteers, annual accounting costs and licensing fees.The station relies on funding from a variety of sources to maintain and sustain itself. These include events, merch, partnerships and grants which are unpredictable by nature. As such, your monthly patronage would be a valuable and reliable income stream to keep the station running and improving each week.CBR is a non-profit, Community Interest Company (SC734213) which directs its proceeds towards supporting the station and its objectives. These mostly involve building a localised platform which amplifies and connects Glasgow (&amp; Scottish) artists with the wider world, while equally attracting investment and opportunities to further benefit the scene overall.
